Louise posted her tag for this week's tag tuesday challenge
here. Everybody is welcome to join in!
It's so strange that I can use any vintage image but as soon as I try to use a photo, or even a copy of a photo I get into a complete mess. So, I opted for a little sweet vintage image that Nancy Kreuger sent me and used up some scraps.
I love the image you chose for your tag! The subtle blues really make the vintage browns come alive!
ReplyDeleteDainty and elegant, Jacqueline. I love the sweet little girl image.

ReplyDeleteThat is very sweet! Beautiful background!
ReplyDeleteZacht van kleur en een prachtige foto, heel mooi.
ReplyDeleteWe should all be able to create such a "mess" like you do :)
ReplyDeleteI find when I use a foto sometimes it looks out of place or looks like it is just slapped on or floating...so I tried tearing the edges and inking them...for softer edges and then I rub rub-ons in contrasting color to what is around the foto and this helps give me the feeling that it is grounded with the rest of the surrounding color, image, etc. and this really seems to work for me and I am actually using up my stash of fotos more now that I do this. Your work is always lovely and very inspiring to me.
