Lift Challenge #64

I hope you all had a blessed Easter. I had all my sons and family round for dinner and that took quite some preparing but its all worth it to see everybody together. I just wanted to play with paper, glue and scissors this morning.

Thanks for all your lovely comments on my last post which won the challenge! What a lovely bunch of ladies in Craft land!

Now for a new challenge, something I've never tried before and got quite lost in the process. I don't think this chevron like pattern actually hits the perfect mark but I'm going to post it anyway because I love this paper and it was my last piece. I saw this Lift challenge on Lin's blog and thought I would give it a try.

This paper is from Prima. The little flowers have been cut out from Collage stamps from Hero Arts and the sentiment is HA too.

  1. Loving this! Such sweet soft colors. I am not sure you got those papers so perfectly aligned with the spacing in between - amazing :)

  7. what a great card layout. It is amazing what strips of paper can do and the perfect amount of flowers. I like that the flowers are different. I bookmarked Lin's blog. Fun challenges and wonderful cards that others have made.

  9. It's beautiful, Jacqueline. Your family get together sounds wonderful. In this day and age it is getting more and more difficult to get everyone in one place. So glad you had such a great time.

  13. Trying to contact you to get more info on an earlier post. I don't find a way to email you directly, so I hope you'll respond to me here. Your cards are so pretty and I would love to find a tutorial on how you made the card from your Nov 19th post! You referred to it as your favorite technique. It's lovely!
