and just one more which I did yesterday, using a piece of Washi tape and pink raffia.
These are my Scraplings and Tags. You can read how I made them on VV Blog.
Now for a give away - yes French Wine Labels. My lovely son came home with another box full and these are different to the ones I have used before. Here they are:
To give you an idea what you can make with them, I have made three cards. By the way, this would also fit into the above Challenge of recycling.
I have given each label a number which corresponds with the card. This is Nr. 1
Very simple, just used a strip of patterned paper and stamped a Butterfly from a distressed scrap.
This is Nr.2
Stamped a daisy in Orange on the white parts. Stamped the Friends definition over the top and added a Butterfly and scrap of paper.
This is Nr. 3
Lastly, I made a Wedding Card with the Paper Players theme this week in mind. The link can be found here. Another lovely Challenge Blog with the theme of Weddings.
So, would you like to have a play with some wine-labels?? They are all new, haven't been taken off a bottle - just left overs from years gone by.
Show me you are interested in the comment section with a valid way of contacting you in five days time. Yes, I am only giving five days.... I will send two (or three) people at least 10 labels each and some extra, which I haven't shown above. They are wonderful canvasses to play with, quality paper and I can think of so many ways to recycle them!
Congrats, Jacqueline, on being Virginia's guest for her challenge blog. What beautiful tags you have made!!

ReplyDeleteJacqueline,
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely cards! I love to recycle paper goodies. I'm always on the lookout for unique packaging items, advertising items, etc. to use on my handmade cards. When I travel I also look for paper souvenirs (my favorite kind of souvenirs) to use on my cards. Thanks for the change to win the gorgeous wine labels.
