Note, I did not use watercolor paper because I didn't have any, until today - so I am still practicing at the moment and do not have anything ready worthy of showing you.
I used distress colors (three) on an acrylic block, sprayed generously with water and let the paper sponge it up. I used the Hero Arts 'Garden Star' outline flower stamp F5429, stamping three times diagonally. I stamped the sentiment afterwards and added three small pearls to the centers of the flowers.
We are having the most beautiful Spring weather at the moment and the trees and shrubs are budding and blossoming, a lovely time of the year!
Jacqueline
SO lovely, Jacqueine! You make this all look effortless! Send some of that spring across the pond, would you?
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card. If I could compose like this I would definitely create cards. My Christmas cactus just finished blooming and I have a potted Gladiolas that is 2.5 feet high but no buds yet. Our yard still has snow and where it melted is a bog. lol. our weather is in the 40's and 50's this week but can't get out to enjoy it.
