I love cutting out butterflies while I'm watching the Tennis which is my favorite sport to watch. But sorry girls, not a Federer fan, I am rooting for Rafa - he's pure entertainment! I still had some tiny scraps over after cutting out the butterflies and I just cannot throw them away, so this is the result of the scraps from the scraps, if you get what I mean. I was looking for a home for the center panel, so just added the tiny squares around it for my tag.
My butterfly pile has doubled in the mean time, and I have started with dragonflies too. Might do this with flowers and birds...
Thank you ladies for your visits, I am always so happy to see you!
Beautiful card, Jacqueline! Love that you are now using scraps from the scraps! :) Gorgeous work!
ReplyDeleteMooi hoor Jaqueline!
fijne week alvast!
groetjes,
Wilmi
Such a pretty card. I love watching tennis too - glued to all the grand slams! Who're you rooting for? I'm a Federer fan.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, Jacqueline! Love the colors!
ReplyDeleteYou really know how to use scraps in the best of ways! Stunning tag Jacqueline! You have me hooked on stamping my scraps too! Also a Tennis feak! Federer is still my all time favourite! Have a gorgeous day!
ReplyDeleteThese colors are so nice, they brighten up a cold day!
ReplyDeleteScraps of scraps and look at this; another beauty. Your handmade butterflies are gorgeous. I love how they turned out and today I also tried to do this :). Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your evening!
I love your scrap tag and there are always so beautiful put together. LOve the colors.
ReplyDeleteDon´t you follow WM in handball for men? I love watching handball and the danish team just qualified for the finale.
Way too cute Jacqueline. I love the butterflies too that you have "collected". I was watching the women's tennis last night.... boy did that game last a long time!!!!!! I too like Rafael ~ so cute!
ReplyDeletea lovely tag Jacqueline, I'm amazed at how you produce such lovely things from your scraps of scraps !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, such a wonderful use of scraps! That pile is very impressive. I love to watch tennis, too, but we're not getting much of the Open here in the US at the moment, due to the time difference I suppose. Yes, I'm a Roger fan, but Rafa is an amazing talent, for sure. :)
ReplyDeleteI was inspired to use the scraps on my desk to make two thank you cards recently and while not as inspired as yours, they turned out well. Both friends called to thank me for the cards and wanted to know what I did!!!! Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love this!!!! What a great way to use up those little bits and pieces, that are you just can't throw away.....
ReplyDeleteThanks again for your inspiration...
Hugs Patti
Love the bright colors on this, not the usual Jacqueline colors but gorgeous card as always! What a lovely collection of butterflies. I think you should tie them on fishing line and hang the across your cieling! ;)
