A quick share today.. something I love doing mixed together - using up scraps and making collages.
Most of the stamps, too many to mention are from Hero Arts, as well as the pearls for decoration.

More Christmas tags
CI was going to make some red tags but got a different idea which I carried out here. Sue had sent me some of these shaped die-cuts which I used as a template and cut out my shapes from scraps.
The Design block I used from Hero Arts called Ponsiettas and Birds is a Christmas favorite of mine. The fact that it is so lightweight too gives it my preference.
The tags are 9.5 x 9.5 cm.
and finally a purple one:
And these are mini-mini tags made from the smallest scraps:
These can be used as gift-tags on presents.

The colors I love
Just a little share today.
Got the idea to stamp on a panel with a new distress ink color I got in the US recently called Tea Dye.
Love distress inks.
It is cold here, but the sun is still shining!

Set of green based tags
After making the blue tags which were so enjoyable, I made three greens ones, and after these I will make some red ones and begin with blue all over again because I want these to be the tags I send out for Christmas. I so much prefer them to Christmas cards somehow.
I used scraps, punched out snowflakes from cardstock I wouldn't know what to do with otherwise, bits of ribbon etc. Just love to use bits and pieces!
The image is from Artistic Outpost, stamped on a diecut after distressing with vintage photo.
Have a peaceful Sunday.

Christmas Tags
I was inspired to create some Christmas tags for the Hero Arts Christmas/holiday themed month yesterday and today.
I feel somewhat beter in my neck, what a blessing! Thanks for all your well wishes!
Here they are a close up.
So happy I purchased the snowflake punch in Myrtle Beach, so handy!
I changed my blog to get a bit more space.
Have a great weekend!

Tag-sharing
Just sharing a little tag I made as I love making tags and couldn't take part in Louise's challenge this week because of the theme. I don't like working with black and orange - I think a lot of ladies do, but I would have a hard time.
I am suffering at the moment with my neck - I can't sit too long and create, so I am using the time to do exercises and other things.
Hope it won't last too long.

Stampin Sisters challenge with theme of prayer
Prayer is so important, without a quiet time with God we will never enter into a real relationship with Him. But there is only one way to enter into His presence and that is through the Cross of Jesus Christ. With that Name we have access to a Holy God!
This is my card for this weeks challenge over on this blog.
I inked up the image with distress ink and spritzed over the top with water before I stamped.

Gift from Tiffany
Sharing this beautiful little package Tiffany sent me. She is such a sweetheart.
Thank you Tiffany, I tried to make a card but it just doesn't come naturally to me at the moment.

Vintage
I've missed doing vintage cards, I just couldn't get it right.
I found these free backgrounds on a blog which I have misplaced in my favs so I can't find the link unfortunately.
I would love to share something with you about HOPE. I know what it means to be passive and not always in a positive mind-set, but when the enemy of our faith comes against us we have to be weaponed! It is not wise to be attacked and not having the Word of God ready to counter-attack. I hope to be sharing these proclamation cards with you over the next couple of weeks and hope they will help those of you who need it!
Have a great weekend!

Tag Tuesday - Moon
My tag for this week.
I distressed using an acrylic block for the background, inspired by a number of blogs I have visited.
The village is a partial image from a Hero Arts stamp and the sentiment is from Darkroom doors.
Louise's challenge can be found here.

Just saying hello!
Glad to say I am safely home although a bit stressed after such a long journey, which included missing a flight (not our fault) and chasing from one side of Paris to the next by taxi on the return journey. So I am trying to de-stress by crafting a little bit although I know it will take a while to get back to normal. Had a good time nontheless with beautiful weather in Myrtle Beach all week. After seeing a shark by the Pier I decided not to go swimming in the Sea and the pool was too cold! Pity.
I made this card for the Stampin' Sisters challenge here.
The theme is:
BTW, if you want to receive a wonderful blessing on this subject, like I did, please visit this link and read a beautiful testimony.
I made the bow according to this video tutorial from Amy Wanford.
Hope you ladies are all well and wishing you a nice Sunday!

ps - I managed a trip to Michael's and got the stamp shown on the card with the butterflies, make: Hampton Arts.

I am very thankful that God provided us with good seats on the planes (some of them quite miraculous) as we have long legs, especially my DH for the 10 hour journey to Atlanta and the other thousands of blessings which we counted along the way!!
